About the Opportunity:

• Job Title: Micro Blaster

• Pay Rate Range:$19/Hour

• Location:Brooklyn Park, MN

• Schedule: 2nd Shift Mon-Fri 3PM-11PM

• Position Type:Temp to Hire

Requirements and Qualifications:

1. General computer skills (Microsoft office), ERP system (Epicor)
2. Understanding of weigh scales for counting parts
3. Micro Blasting (sand/ grit blasting) equipment
4. Tumbling equipment
5. Spinner (steel media burnishing equipment)
6. Ultra-sonic cleaning equipment
7. Spin dryer
8. Other equipment as needed
9. Work from both written and verbal instructions to follow dispatch and keep accurate counts and records to enter into the ERP system.
10. Maintain equipment and work area in a safe and organized manner to include any preventative maintenance activities.
11. Monitor all required consumables and report to supervisor/ lead when items need to be ordered.
12. Follow all safety guidelines for equipment and operating processes
13. Report quality and safety concerns to lead or supervisor
14. Ability to lift 40+lbs repeatedly
15. Clean room experience required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Perform the processes of cleaning, tumbling, finishing and packaging to meet the production schedule and deliveries to the customer.
