Job summary

OnHires, a global fintech, seeks a senior regulatory compliance professional to own the cryptoasset regulatory pipeline: UK FCA file, MiCA CASP implementation, and regulator-facing design for Travel Rule and analytics. You will draft policies, risk assessments, and governance narratives for regulator review, reporting to the Global Chief of Compliance.

Remote-first with cross-border exposure, collaborating with Global Compliance and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in regulatory compliance within a cryptoasset business licensed or authorised by a national authority.
• Experience authoring substantive regulatory documents independently for regulator review.
• Hands-on experience with MiCA CASP, UK FCA cryptoasset registration/authorisation, or comparable regime.
• Familiarity with TFR/Travel Rule and blockchain analytics in regulatory context.
• Proven ability to navigate primary legislation andguidance independently.

Responsibilities

• Own the live UK FCA cryptoasset file (RFI cycles, submissions, remediation).
• Oversee post-authorisation implementation of MiCA CASP licence obligations.
• Contribute to MiCA policy set (conflicts, custody, client-asset segregation).
• Design regulator-facing documentation for Travel Rule and blockchain-analytics controls.
• Prepare ICT-risk documentation for CASP perimeter with ICT function.
• Assess new cryptoassets, chains and counterparties for regulatory risk.
