Job summary

Qualifications

• A minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience in healthcare sales/account management, or business to business sales, or recently transitioned from Active-Duty Military
• 3+ years of sales experience in specialty pharmaceuticals preferred
• Launch, antipsychotic, and/or bi-polar sales experience highly preferred
• Must have Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university as well as a valid driver’s license and safe driving record
• Must have strong desire and passion for improving the lives of patients and their caregivers
• Must act with high integrity and always in accordance with the Company’s Compliance policies and procedures

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance within assigned territory while complying with guidelines and calling on HCP offices and community centers
• Manage budgets and tailor discussions to customer needs in a compliant manner
• Maintain current understanding of local market and key influencers, sharing insights with stakeholders
• Contribute to resource allocation decisions across customers/region and select appropriate programs
• Collaborate with Regional Business Manager to develop local business plans and leverage formulary opportunities
• Work with other Neuroscience Sales Specialists on shared objectives and best practices
• Ensure accurate administrative management of work hours, calls, objectives, and expenses
