Job summary

Comfrt is seeking a highly organized Studio Assistant for our Miami studio. This on-site role supports day-to-day production operations, ensuring samples are organized, garments are shoot-ready, and the studio runs smoothly during content days and shoots.

You will manage inventory, assist on fittings and shoots, maintain cleanliness, and help drive workflow efficiencies in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in production or studio environments, supporting photoshoots.

Responsibilities

• Organize and catalog samples and production garments.
• Keep racks, shelves and storage tidy and labeled.
• Track sample movement for shoots, fittings, loans, returns with accurate records.
• Perform quality checks on garments prior to shoots (fit, construction, cleanliness).
• Steam, tag, and prep garments for content days and shoots.
• Assist during fittings, shoots, and studio visits (set-up, teardown, on-set support).
• Maintain studio cleanliness and monitor supply levels.
• Identify workflow improvements and anticipate studio needs.
• Handle errands and supply pickups as needed.
