Job summary

MDS Staffing, on behalf of a leading international law firm in Miami, seeks a Litigation Associate with 3+ years of substantive litigation experience in general, premises, or complex tort matters. This hybrid role offers exposure to high-exposure product liability and significant client interaction.

You will draft pleadings, conduct research, and manage multiple matters with strong mentorship from seasoned litigators in a fast-paced environment. Florida bar admission is required.

Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in Florida, in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and prepare detailed analyses.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation filings.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Interview clients, eyewitnesses, and relevant parties.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive reporting to clients on case status and strategy.
