Zaddy Solutions is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its Miami-based Trial & Defense Practice Group. The role involves defending complex civil matters and working with seasoned litigators in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include a JD from an ABA-accredited school, active Florida Bar admission, and 3+ years of substantive litigation experience in general or premises liability; product liability background is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Bar admission in good standing.
• 3+ years of substantive litigation experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and prepare detailed analyses.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other filings.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Interview clients and witnesses and coordinate with insurers.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive status reports and strategy updates.
• Collaborate with partners to advance case objectives efficiently.
