Job summary

Medivant Healthcare is seeking a Territory Field Sales Representative to drive growth in the Health & Longevity division across the Miami, Florida region. The role focuses on building relationships with health and longevity clinics, functional medicine practices, and integrative providers while expanding product adoption.

The candidate will travel extensively (up to 75%), conduct in-person visits, qualify accounts, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to first order and ongoing

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of field sales experience in healthcare/pharma-related industries.
• Existing relationships with functional medicine, hormone therapy, or longevity clinics in Miami/Florida.
• Ability to sell into independent, cash-pay medical practices.
• Proven track record of developing new territories and opening new customer accounts.
• Strong clinical knowledge to discuss testosterone protocols and compounding standards with providers.
• Must reside in Miami/Florida and travel up to 75% of time.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage the assigned territory, targeting health and longevity clinics and related providers.
• Conduct in-person visits to introduce Medivant's product portfolio and generate first orders.
• Identify innovator-segment physicians (A4M, IFM, Biote) and onboard new accounts.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to activation and ongoing management.
• Coordinate with inside sales for continued account growth.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and forecast pipeline.
• Attend regional/national conferences as required.
