Job summary

The Falcon Group in Miami, FL is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to lead civil engineering projects from kickoff through closeout. You will coordinate internal and external resources, verify schedules, track progress, and ensure compliance with plans, codes, and client requirements.

On-site inspections, field measurements, and reporting will be regular responsibilities to keep projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent accepted; degree fields include Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
• Strong communication and documentation skills; ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating field activities, inspections, and report preparation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate kickoff, milestones and closeout meetings with internal and external resources.
• Verify schedules, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to plans and timelines.
• Conduct on-site inspections, collect field measurements, interpret plans and specifications; prepare reports and recommendations.
