Job summary

The Falcon Group seeks a Project Manager – Civil Engineer to support and inspect projects from our Trevose, PA office. You will coordinate with clients and teams to ensure compliance with plans and standards for civil/site work, including drainage, grading and pavement.

Responsibilities include site evaluations, design document preparation, quantity takeoffs, bids, and on-site management with travel to client sites. OSHA 30 and relevant licenses are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years’ experience in engineering consulting or related construction.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards.
• Familiarity with site/civil project permitting processes.
• OSHA 30-hour certification or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site evaluations and prepare investigation reports.
• Prepare design documents including construction drawings, bid documents and specifications for civil/site projects.
• Record field measurements and perform civil calculations.
• Prepare quantity takeoffs and cost estimates.
• Represent clients in bids and award of contracts; manage site construction and change orders.
