Job summary

Unique Vacations, Inc. in Miami, FL is seeking a Creative Production Specialist to join the in-house Production Management team. The role blends organization and hands-on production across print, video, and digital assets.

You will coordinate shoots, liaise with vendors and resort operations, and support pre- and post-production tasks to ensure flawless delivery for the brand's luxury campaigns.

Qualifications

• Print production knowledge including printing processes and color.
• Video/TV commercial production coordination from pre to delivery.
• Photo shoot production coordination, including schedules and talent.
• OOH production knowledge for billboards and large formats.
• Digital production coordination across platforms and formats.
• Previous work in print/photo/video production environment required.
• Strong organizational skills and excellent communication.
• Ability to travel internationally and accommodate flexible hours.
• Passport required for travel.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of post-production software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist production with vendor communications for print, photo, video and digital projects.
• Use Monday.com, Dropbox and similar tools for project tracking and communication.
• Help gather information for mood boards and production samples.
• Prepare for shoots by organizing equipment and props.
• Serve as liaison between Creative and Resort Operations teams.
• Coordinate shoot documents: schedules, call sheets, releases.
• Handle crew and talent logistics including transport and lodging.
• Support pre/post production tasks: file naming, organization, storage.
• Provide general production support and run errands as needed.
• Monitor inventory of production supplies and equipment.
