Inside Success TV on Miami Beach is seeking an in-studio producer/videographer to lead production of documentary content. You’ll run interviews, operate the studio, and shape stories through on-camera direction.

You’ll own shoots end-to-end, set up cameras, lighting, and audio, and collaborate across episodes, promos, and live events. The role requires comfort with adapting as the company grows and reviewing material to ensure brand alignment.

Qualifications

• Studio videography experience.
• Experience interviewing non-actors on camera.
• Strong eye for composition and framing.
• Proficiency in video editing software; basic motion graphics.
• Storytelling ability with good pacing.
• Ability to shoot independently with minimal supervision.
• Willing to adapt as the company grows.

Responsibilities

• Studio Production & Interviewing.
• Own in-studio video production end-to-end.
• Conduct on-camera interviews with entrepreneurs using provided script and structure to draw out the story.
• Set up and operate cameras, lighting, and audio.
• Direct talent on framing, delivery, and pacing for natural performances.
• Maintain consistent visual and audio quality across shoots.
• Manage studio readiness and equipment inventory.
