Job summary

TelevisaUnivision is seeking a senior streaming infrastructure engineer to design and operate scalable media delivery systems. You will work across cloud platforms (GCP/AWS), containerized pipelines on Kubernetes, and edge/serverless components to ensure reliable, low-latency playback for global audiences.

Applicants should have deep expertise in video streaming, Envoy service mesh, and DRM integration, with fluency in Python/JS/Rust and CDN optimization skills.

Qualifications

• Proficient in building and operating media streaming systems.
• Experience with Kubernetes-based deployments and cloud infrastructure.
• Knowledge of media streaming protocols (HLS/DASH/LL-HLS).
• Hands-on with CDN configuration and DRM integration.

Responsibilities

• Design, architect, and implement scalable streaming infrastructure.
