Job summary

Home Helpers of AR is seeking a dependable Area Care Tech to support clients across multiple homes when regular staff are unavailable. You will assist with personal care, mobility, meal preparation, and provide companionship to enhance quality of life. A CNA or PCA license is preferred, or willingness to become PCA.

A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, current auto insurance, and a clean background are required. Travel to client homes across assigned areas is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 or older.
• Active CNA or PCA license preferred, or willingness to become PCA.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Current auto insurance.
• Clear background check.
• Willingness to travel to client homes as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene and grooming.
• Support safe mobility and transfers.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Document care activities and report changes in client condition.
• Respond to client needs across multiple homes in assigned areas.
