Job summary

Responsibilities include selecting customer orders, loading trailers, documenting temps and fuel levels, and maintaining clean, organized trailers and workspaces.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations and order pulling is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of CAT2 material handling is beneficial.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Candidate must not own or have routine contact with swine or birds.

Responsibilities

• Select customer orders to load.
• Load trailers promptly and securely.
• Document trailer temperatures and fuel levels for trucks.
• Ensure loads are secure using load bars and straps.
• Record load bars time in and out and maintain clean trailers and coolers.
• Assist with FIFO rotation and supply processing with carts and packaging materials.
• Report quality and food safety issues to management.

Position Summary:

Serve customers , ensure all orders are pulled correctly, properly dispose of all damaged product, and replace it to meet Herbruck’s Quality Standards.

Responsibilities:

• Select customer orders to load
• Load trailers in a timely manner
• Document trailer temps/fuel levels for all trucks
• Ensure all loads are secure; load bars and straps
• Document load bars and straps time in and out.
• Ensure cooler and all trailers are clean prior to loading
• Pull carts using proper rotation utilizing the FIFO method.
• Ensure processing department is supplied with empty carts and packaging materials
• Report all quality and food safety issues to management

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Previous warehouse and/or hilo experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of CAT2
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as assigned.
• Does not own or maintain routine contact with swine or birds

Physical Demands:

• Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodations
• Ability to remain standing and/or walking for extended periods of time on concrete floors
• Ability to stoop, bend, climb, and lift at least 25 lbs. continuously throughout the day
• Normal warehouse temperature ranges between 36˚ and 38˚ Fahrenheit
