AtWork Group in Greeneville, TN is seeking a Mixing Associate for the 2nd shift with training on 1st shift. This temp-to-hire role offers overtime opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package upon permanent hire.

Mixing Associate

Looking for a hands‑on manufacturing role with growth potential? We' re hiring a Mixing Associate for our 2nd shift team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a company that offers excellent benefits upon permanent hire and overtime opportunities for those looking to maximize their earnings.

Pay: $17.50 - $18.00 per hour

Shift: 2nd & 3rd shifts available!

Training Schedule: Must be available to train on 1st shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM) during the training period.

What You'll Do:

• Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
• Drive a forklift to move materials throughout the facility
• Follow production processes and quality standards
• Cross‑train in multiple areas of the operation
• Assist with general production duties as needed
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet production goals

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing experience required
• Machine operating experience preferred
• Forklift experience required
