Job summary

Lineage seeks an experienced trainer to educate warehouse staff in Material Handling Equipment (MHE) use, safety, and related procedures at our Stevens Point, Wisconsin facility.

You will certify team members on MHE, develop training practices, and partner with QA while supporting cross-training across roles. The role requires adaptability to shift schedules and various storage environments.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in warehouse/distribution center.
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to lead discussions and deliver technical results to a non-technical audience.
• MHE experience.
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures in storage facilities.
• Flexible work schedule including weekends if needed.
• Comfort with varying noise levels.

Responsibilities

• Train employees on systems, equipment, functions, and safety while following all regulatory and company standards.
• Certify team members on Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
• Cross train new and current employees on various job functions.
• Develop new practices/processes to train new and existing employees.
• Investigate and resolve routine problems.
• Keep supervisor informed of the development of team members and problems encountered.
• Assist the Quality Assurance team with audits and safety walks throughout the facility.
• Work with other machinery and material handling equipment.
