Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold an MHE certification.
• Train the Trainer certification or equivalent experience.
• Proven leadership and training skills.
• Experience developing and delivering training programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all training activities to certify MHE Operators for OSHA compliance.
• Train new hire forklift operators in their assigned departments.
• Ensure safety principles are followed and incidents are reported.
• Maintain training records in Schnellecke SKA 360 Training System.
• Assist operations on daily and special projects as needed.
• Develop and coordinate orientation and training plans.
