Job summary

Schnellecke Group in Kentucky is seeking a Training Coordinator to manage and coordinate all training activities for MHE operators, ensuring certification and OSHA compliance. Coordinate and schedule sessions, maintain training records in the SKA 360 Training System, and drive quality training outcomes.

You will train new forklift operators, enforce safety rules, document training records, and support continuous improvement of training processes within Schnellecke Logistics.

Qualifications

• MHE Certified and training expertise required.
• Experience in leading training programs and developing curricula.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all training activities to guarantee OSHA compliance for MHE Operators.
• Know and follow all standard work procedures and safety rules for tasks.
• Train new hire forklift operators in their assigned departments.
• Ensure safety compliance and prompt reporting of accidents or incidents.
• Coordinate and/or conduct MHE training for Forklifts and Tuggers.
• Collect and input training data into the Schnellecke SKA 360 Training System.
• Support operations in daily and special projects as needed.
• Follow safety and environmental procedures at all times.
• Assist in development and improvement of training processes.

The MHE Bilingual Trainer will leverage fluency in at least two languages (e.g., English and Spanish) to deliver training. The role focuses on improving communication skills, fostering inclusion, and supporting learners in achieving educational and professional goals. This assignment will be responsible for, but not limited to, coordinating all training activities to guarantee skilled MHE Equipment Operators are tested and certified asrequired for OSHA compliance.

• Know and follow all standard work procedures and safety rules for all tasks.

Train all new hire forklift operators in their assigned departments.

• Ensure that all employees are following safety principles, and that all accidents and incidents are reported immediately. Always adhere to safety principles.
• Execute the values, philosophy, mission, strategy, policies, and standards of the organization, to achieve the vision of Schnellecke Logistics.
• Apply the central procedures to the area of responsibility, to ensure the use of best practices in Schnellecke Logistics.
• Implement continuous improvement processes in their area, in order to create more solid and efficient processes.
• Develop and coordinate the orientation process and new hire training programs.
• Detect training needs and assist in the creation of training and evaluation plans.
• Coordinate and/or conduct various training activities; specifically MHE training for Forklifts and Tuggers
• Review processes for consistency and feasibility; create new processes where improvements or deficiencies exist.
• Collect and input data from training records into Schnellecke SKA 360 Training System.
• Assist operations in daily, weekly, and other activities and special projects when needed.
• Follow all safety and environmental procedures including promoting and practicing safe work procedures, and following all safety rules at all times.
• Complete any and all tasks which are assigned by management.
