Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training to warehouse staff.
• Ability to evaluate associate performance and provide steps for improvement.
• Ability to create training materials and reference guides.
• Experience supporting warehouse operations and collaborating with leadership.
• Certify Associates for MHE operations.
• Ability to update staff on company goals and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Present training to associates and communicate effectively with all associates.
• Evaluate RPM on ramp up form and craft improvement steps.
• Create and maintain work reference guides.
• Conduct initial and cross training for associates and outside workers.
• Support operations as needed by leadership.
• Certify Associates for MHE.
• Participate in Safety Committee and BBS observations.
