NFI Industries is seeking a skilled MHE Technician/Mechanic to maintain LP and electric forklifts, performing planned and unplanned maintenance and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems. Strong hands-on skills, tool use, and clear communication are essential.

The role requires reliability, ability to follow service manuals, and a focus on safety while ensuring productive warehouse operations. On-site work with occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years troubleshooting electric or LP equipment.
• Experience in basic repairs of electric or LP equipment.
• Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic systems and DVOM.
• Able to read and follow service manuals.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Able to lift 75 lbs or more.
• Willing to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on LP and electric forklifts.
• Replace fluids, filters and tires as scheduled.
• Inspect bearings, batteries and chargers.
• Troubleshoot steering, braking and electrical issues.
• Document service work and maintain productivity goals.
