Job summary

NFI Industries seeks a Level II Technician to perform planned and unplanned maintenance on LP and electric forklifts. The role requires expertise in either LP or electric systems and self-sufficiency in repairs.

Responsibilities include PM services, tune-ups, part replacements, and basic troubleshooting in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic areas. Must be able to lift 75 lbs and work outside in varying conditions.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of trouble shooting skills with electric or LP equipment.
• Experience in basic repairs of electric or LP equipment.
• Experience in attachment repairs.
• Basic electrical, LP, hydraulic system, and DVOM knowledge.
• Basic wiring schematic reading experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform Preventative Maintenance on LP and electric forklifts, with fluid changes, filters, and lubrication.
• Conduct tune-ups, including valve adjustments and spark plug/wire replacements.
• Make brake/riser adjustments and inspect wheel bearings.
