Job summary

Amazon is hiring an MHE Reliability Engineer to lead structured maintenance strategies for material handling equipment, focusing on conveyance to boost performance and equipment life. You will work with CMMS and OEE data, building relationships with colleagues across remote sites and traveling in North America.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial engineer, operations engineer, manufacturing engineer, or project engineer in a manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years of maintenance or engineering experience.
• Work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Experience in material handling equipment (MHE) or automation environments, or reliability/maintenance environments.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or 2+ years of Amazon RME BB/3P Full Time Exempt experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead reliability initiatives to maximize equipment overall effectiveness.
• Develop and own programs, projects, and systems to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Own projects from concept to network rollout using project management tools.
• Incorporate FMEA, OP, SPS, and ECON analysis into maintenance strategies.
