BGDC Distribution is hiring a Technician for the Kroger Distribution Center. The role involves routine and complex maintenance of material handling equipment (MHE) and other powered industrial equipment across the warehouse to support operations.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, at least 4 years of maintenance experience with 2 years as an MHE technician, and familiar with SAP PM (CMMS). OSHA-compliant work and flexibility for shifts are required.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 4 years of maintenance experience with at least 2 years as an MHE technician.
• Formal MHE technical training (Hyster, Crown, Toyota, or Raymond) preferred.
• Hazmat training certification required.
• Knowledge of SAP PM (CMMS).
• Basic computer skills (email, internet, data entry).
• Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot MHE electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
• Rebuild/replace major components (mast, undercarriage, transmissions, engines).
• Perform preventative maintenance and adjust equipment.
• Inspect forklifts, pallet jacks and ensure OSHA/operational standards.
• Maintain batteries and chargers per OSHA.
• Maintain CMMS preventive maintenance records.
