Qualifications

• Four years in an MHE maintenance position or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Must possess a valid state Driver's License with liability coverage.
• Powered Industrial Equipment Certification from Sysco within 3 months.
• MHE 8 hour maintenance tech certificate from manufacturer (e.g., Crown, Raymond, Hyster).

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate adherence to work safety policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of AC/DC low voltage controls and electrical systems.
• Complete small electrical repairs and welding projects as needed.
• Perform preventive maintenance (PM) on MHE fleet and manage oil levels, belts, and chains.
• Troubleshoot electrical controls; replace motors and controls; perform safety checks.
• Understand hydraulic, electrical, PLC systems and mechanical transmissions.
• Complete special building/grounds projects as requested (lights, painting, minor electrical work).
• Assist battery technicians with charger repairs and battery maintenance.
• Log time and materials in CMMS daily; create work orders and PMs.
