Job summary

Kenco Group is seeking a Service Technician I to maintain material handling equipment and automated systems across customer sites. You will perform repairs, schedule PM activities, and keep detailed maintenance records while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Travel up to ~25% is expected; strong troubleshooting and team collaboration are essential. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with cross-functional teams will contribute to reliable operations.

Qualifications

• Must have strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read electrical/hydraulic schematics.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to operate lift trucks safely.

Responsibilities

• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on MHE, batteries, and conveyors.
• Schedule and document Planned Maintenance (PM) for Fleet Services Equipment.
• Troubleshoot engines, transmissions, and automated systems using manuals and diagrams.
• Create and process work orders in the CMMS.
• Maintain accurate service and inventory records and safety checks.
• Interact professionally with customers and coworkers.
