Kenco Fleet Services, LLC in Wisconsin seeks a Service Technician II to maintain and repair material handling equipment, automated systems, and conveyors across customer sites. You will schedule PMs, perform repairs, and work with OEM manuals, ensuring safety and performance metrics.

The role requires hands-on technical skills and the ability to work independently or with a team in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• High school diploma, GED, or tech school graduate.
• 2–4 years of mechanic experience; preferred with MHE, automated systems, and conveyors.
• ASE Certification preferred; electrical journeyman certification preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems; read schematics.
• Proficient with email, work order software, and mobile apps; OEM software familiarity.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule Planned Maintenance (PM) of Fleet Services Equipment and maintain PM records.
• Perform corrective repairs and preventive maintenance on MHE, batteries, automation, and conveyors per OEM standards.
• Communicate equipment status, project timelines, and issues with site managers and operations leaders.
• Maintain parts inventory and repair records; coordinate required parts.
• Access OEM software for diagnostics, troubleshooting, and programming; use wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Ensure OSHA safety compliance and maintain a clean, organized workspace; operate lift trucks.
