Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Service Technician II to perform maintenance on material handling equipment, automated systems, and conveyors across customer sites. You will schedule PMs, perform diagnostics, and coordinate with Parts to ensure parts availability while keeping thorough records.

The role requires 2–4 years of mechanical experience, ability to read schematics, and strong communication. Travel up to ~25% is required, with a safety-first mindset and teamwork at the core.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, tech training preferred.
• 2-4 years mechanic experience with material handling equipment/automation.
• ASE/Electrical journeyman certifications preferred.
• Able to read electrical/hydraulic schematics.
• Proficient with email, work orders, and mobile apps.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and perform PMs for fleet equipment and conveyors.
• Carry out corrective and preventive maintenance on MHE and automation.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues with OEM manuals and diagrams.
• Maintain accurate service records and parts inventory.
• Communicate status, timelines, and issues to site leadership.
• Ensure OSHA and site safety compliance; maintain 5S workspace.
