Zusammenfassung

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Service Technician II in Wisconsin to perform general maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance on MHE, automated systems, and conveyors for multiple customers and vendors. You will schedule PMs, document service records, and communicate status to site leaders.

The role requires 2–4 years of mechanic experience, ability to troubleshoot electrical/mechanical issues, and proficiency with OEM software and schematics.

Qualifikationen

• 2–4 years of mechanic experience; preferably with repair and maintenance of material handling equipment, automated systems, and conveyors
• Strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical and electrical problems
• Able to read and understand electrical and hydraulic schematics
• Proficient with email, work order software, and mobile apps for daily tasks
• Ability to operate lift trucks safely and maintain tools and workspace

Aufgaben

• Schedule Planned Maintenance (PM) for Fleet Services equipment and keep PM records up to date
• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on MHE, batteries, and conveyors
• Communicate equipment status and project timelines with site leaders
• Maintain inventory records and coordinate parts with Parts team
• Use OEM manuals and wiring diagrams to diagnose issues and perform adjustments
• Maintain safe, clean work area following 5S guidelines
• Ensure OSHA and safety standards are followed
• Travel up to 25% as needed
