Job summary

Service Technician II at Kenco Group maintains and repairs material handling equipment, automated systems, and conveyors across customer sites. You’ll perform PMs, diagnose issues, and coordinate parts and service with site leaders.

You’ll use OEM manuals and diagnostic software, strive for 100% PM completion and 80%+ technician efficiency, and uphold OSHA safety standards while delivering high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED; tech school acceptable.
• 2-4 years mechanic experience; with material handling equipment, automated systems, conveyors preferred.
• A.S.E. Certification preferred; electrical journeyman certification preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems on multiple equipment types.
• Skilled with reading electrical/hydraulic schematics and OEM manuals.

Responsibilities

• Schedule PMs for Fleet Services Equipment and track PM completion.
• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on MHE, batteries, and conveyors.
• Communicate equipment status and timelines with site managers and operations leaders.
• Diagnose issues using OEM software and service manuals; perform adjustments.
• Maintain accurate service and inventory records and order parts as needed.
• Ensure safety compliance with OSHA and site safety requirements.
• Strive for 80% technician efficiency or 100% PM completion monthly.
