FedEx is seeking a Manager of Demand Management & Go to Sales to lead a global intake process and pricing initiatives, directing a team of project managers, using data and AI tools to prioritize enablement efforts.
You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Legal and Operations, socialize the team's work with executives, and drive strategic process improvements across regions from Memphis hybrid location.
This position manages and leads a team of professionals in support of the sales force and corporate initiatives.
The Demand Management & Go to Sales team plays a critical role within Global Sales Enablement, working across the enterprise to ensure sales impacting initiatives are visible to Sales and Solutions teams.This team ensures Sales is informed, aligned, and enabled to drive performance and deliver value to customers. As the Manager of Demand Management & Go to Sales, you will lead the strategy, governance, and day-to-day operations of our Global Intake Process and Pricing related initiatives.
This role is responsible for managing a team of project managers who evaluate, build and launch impactful Go to Sales plans and programs.You will use data and AI tools to prioritize internal enablement efforts and sales impactive initiatives.Coordination and collaboration with cross-functional teams is critical in this role.
Additional responsibilities include leading Go to Sales strategies for all pricing and revenue initiatives, building reports on intake requests, and orchestrating project allocation across the team. This is a highly collaborative role that requires a mix of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and strong stakeholder engagement.
Bachelor's Degree/equivalent.
Five (5) years professional business experience in project management, sales, education, communications, or quantitative analysis. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements.
This is a hybrid position located in Memphis, TN. Candidates must live within 50 miles of the campus location. Employees will be required to work at the FedEx campus location 4 days a week.

This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
