The Manager, Sales Operations will be key to the success of the Sales Support Organization by providing strategy, oversight, and implementation of operational activities and process improvements.
Works under limited supervision, relying on experience and judgment to meet goals. Decisions require high judgment, innovation, and creativity. Frequent contact with internal and external contacts.
Education Preferred: High school diploma required.
Other Skills and Knowledge: 5+ years in management, operations, project management, or leadership roles. Healthcare experience, especially Medicare or Marketplace, is preferred. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
The work environment is generally favorable, with adequate lighting and temperature. Primarily in an office setting; ability to sit for long periods. Reasonable accommodations available for disabilities.

Pay Range: $77,969 - $155,508 annually. Compensation may vary based on location, experience, education, and skills.
