Job Description

Job Summary

The Manager, Sales Operations will be key to the success of the Sales Support Organization by providing strategy, oversight, and implementation of operational activities and process improvements.

Job Duties

• Oversee strategy, creation, implementation, and maintenance of program documentation, policies, and procedures, including effective communication of program status to key stakeholders.
• Ensure performance and identify process efficiencies; partner with business owners to effect change.
• Lead a team of Sales Operations Specialists to elevate departmental performance. Provide ongoing, constructive feedback to support professional growth.
• Oversee compliance with federal regulations, communicate requirements effectively, and ensure proper implementation in daily operations.
• Communicate timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies clearly for the Sales Support Organization.
• Research escalations, identify root causes, implement resolutions, and oversee break-fixes as needed.
• Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with internal and external partners; represent the Sales Support Organization across a matrixed environment.
• Promote a culture of inclusivity, high performance, open communication, and morale.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Works under limited supervision. Relies on experience and judgment to achieve goals. Requires high-level decision-making, innovation, and creativity. Maintains frequent contact inside and outside the company.

Job Qualifications

Education Preferred: High school diploma required.

Other Skills and Experience: 5+ years in management, operations, project management, or related fields. Healthcare experience, Medicare or Marketplace experience preferred. Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Physical Demands
