Job summary

Compass Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead execution of corporate and site projects on-site, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver timely results. Roles include maintaining governance, managing risk, and supporting maintenance initiatives with AutoCAD/CAD coordination.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in regulated project management, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience in a regulated environment (pharma/manufacturing preferred).
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (required) and familiarity with CAD tools.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and travel as needed.

Job Summary

The Senior Project Manager leads the execution of corporate and site projects, ensuring compliance with governance processes and regulatory standards. This role partners with cross‑functional teams to deliver projects on time, manage risk, and drive continuous improvement, including support of preventative maintenance initiatives and AutoCAD/CAD-based design coordination.

This is an on‑site position.
