Job summary

HCSC is seeking a Product Manager to lead the full lifecycle of a product/ platform, from strategic planning to tactical delivery. You will guide a team of direct and matrixed resources to drive outcomes for current and future products and build consensus on priorities and roadmaps with business stakeholders.

Responsibilities include market research, product experience, outcome measurement, and managing product financials and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree and 5+ years product/technology delivery experience or 9+ years equivalent.
• 1+ years experience in management of direct reports.
• Experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, or related leadership roles.
• Strong leadership to lead teams and people through collaboration.
• Ability to present strategy to executive leadership.
• Ability to engage and support initiatives across multiple teams.
• Experience in iterative, agile and scrum development.

This position is responsible for the full lifecycle management of a product / platform from strategic planning to tactical activities. Responsible for leading a team of direct and matrixed resources to deliver business outcomes for current and future products; accountable for market research & analysis, product experience, outcome measurement, product solution & delivery, product financial management & operations. The manager is responsible for establishing a shared vision with business stakeholders by building consensus on priorities and product roadmap. Responsible for supporting one or more small to medium size products within a product family with low to mid-level scope and complexity.

Required Job Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree and 5+ years product, technology delivery, and/or domain experience OR 9+ years product, technology delivery, and/or domain experience or equivalent.
• 1+ years experience in management of direct reports inclusive of coaching, development, and performance plans.
• Experience working in Product Management, Product Marketing, general business leadership, or related work experience.
• Strong leadership experience to effectively lead teams & people through teamwork and collaboration.
• Ability to and experience in presenting strategy, ideas and plans to executive leadership
• Ability to engage, drive, and support initiatives across multiple teams.
• Experience in iterative, agile and/or scrum development.
• Ability to interpret dependencies across multiple products to drive value and outcomes for a set of customers.
• Knowledge of processes and systems that make up a capability.
• Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and reach consensus among diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize and make trade‑off decisions.

Preferred Job Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or Equivalent
• Experience in Healthcare industry
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform
• Knowledge of big data technologies such as Spark, Databricks, Hadoop, or similar platforms
• Knowledge of DevOps and DataOps principles
• Experience working within cross-functional Agile delivery teams
• Experience supporting self‑service analytics, business intelligence, and reporting platforms
• Large scale platform integration

Compensation: $102,000.00 - $184,300.00
