InterContinental Hotels Group in Naperville is seeking an Operations Manager who can elevate guest experiences, direct daily activities, and partner with the General Manager to safeguard service standards and profitability. You will lead frontline teams, implement service recovery guidelines, handle guest concerns promptly, and help develop financial and operating plans.

A bachelor’s degree and at least three years in guest services with supervisory experience are required.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Hotel Administration / Business Administration.
• Three years of guest service/hotel experience with at least two years in a supervisory capacity.
• Fluent English; other languages are a plus.
