Job summary

Health Care Service Corporation seeks an experienced Mgr Implementation to lead program and product delivery for complex pharmacy initiatives from design through implementation and stabilization.

You will manage delivery staff, oversee portfolios of pharmacy products and programs, and partner with Product, Business, Operations and Technology to ensure delivery, readiness, and business results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree and 6 years’ experience in business analysis, system implementation, or project management.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with senior stakeholders.
• Experience with SDLC and change management.
• Ability to mentor staff and manage delivery teams.

Responsible for managing delivery staff, overseeing portfolios of pharmacy products and programs, and partnering across Product, Business, Operations, and Technology to ensure successful delivery, operational readiness, and achievement of business objective.### Required Job Qualifications:* Bachelor degree and 6 years? experience in business analysis, system implementation efforts, strategic consulting, or project management.* Comfortable with change, and working in a flexible and dynamic work environment.* Understanding of / experience with the SDLC.* Analytical and information synthesis skills.* Experience managing and mentoring staff.* Experience solving complex enterprise issues.* Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.* Experience with developing relationships and interacting successfully with senior management and staff across multiple departments.* Organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks.* Presentation and group facilitation experience.* Creativity and innovation, analysis and implementation skills and experience.* Business acumen and project/process integration skills.
