To plan, organize, direct, and control the performance of worldwide strategic business projects for senior and executive management.
Responsibilities include:
- Selecting, training, developing, and motivating a staff of exempt employees, and assisting in managing the department's operations budget.
- Leading high-level cross-functional projects to resolve significant business issues and implement worldwide quality business or process improvement systems.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of the company's financial systems and new initiatives, and presenting recommendations to senior management.
- Managing key cross-divisional programs to ensure deliverables are achieved as planned.
- Identifying, analyzing, and developing solutions to significant global issues impacting the company.
- Coordinating contracts, contractors' progress, and expenditures as required.
- Participating in committees and coordinating with internal groups to ensure project compatibility and impact consideration.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related quantitative discipline.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in management consulting, internal audit, finance, public accounting, or information systems analysis with an emphasis on project or program management.
- Knowledge of personal computers and integrated operational/information systems.
- Strong understanding of business and financial planning functions.
- Excellent management, human relations, analytical, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
