Job description

To plan, organize, direct, and control the performance of worldwide strategic business projects for senior and executive management.

Responsibilities include:

1. Selecting, training, developing, and motivating a staff of exempt employees, and assisting in managing the department's operations budget.
2. Leading high-level cross-functional projects to resolve significant business issues and implement worldwide quality business or process improvement systems.
3. Evaluating the effectiveness of the company's financial systems and new initiatives, and presenting recommendations to senior management.
4. Managing key cross-divisional programs to ensure deliverables are achieved as planned.
5. Identifying, analyzing, and developing solutions to significant global issues impacting the company.
6. Coordinating contracts, contractors' progress, and expenditures as required.
7. Participating in committees and coordinating with internal groups to ensure project compatibility and impact consideration.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related quantitative discipline.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in management consulting, internal audit, finance, public accounting, or information systems analysis with an emphasis on project or program management.
• Knowledge of personal computers and integrated operational/information systems.
• Strong understanding of business and financial planning functions.
• Excellent management, human relations, analytical, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
