Neuroscience Intensive Care Unit is seeking a medical admin professional with weekend evening availability.
Lunder 6 is a 22-bed adult Neuroscience ICU that cares for critically ill patients who have a range of neurological diagnoses such as neurotrauma, status epilepticus, stroke and spinal cord injury.
Every Saturday and Sunday (3pm- 11pm)
Must do rotating Holiday schedule
Applicants for this position must be able to work every weekend evening shift coverage time in order to be considered for this opportunity.

Job Summary
Provides administrative support to unit-based and hospital-wide clinicians and staff in an inpatient unit, functioning as the liaison between the patient, visitors and the clinicians. Expected to effectively organize priorities, complete tasks on time and manage confidential patient information. Responsible for partnering with nursing to coordinate the day-to-day patient flow including communication to key players regarding patient admissions, discharges and transfers. Also expected to provide outstanding services for every customer interaction. Actual job duties may vary by department. This position does not require Patient Care.
Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required or Associate's Degree Related Field of Study preferred.
Experience: Administrative support experience 2-3 years required.
