Job summary

Rheem is seeking a Foam Machine Operator for the Montgomery, AL division. The role requires operating HK-270 and HK-650 foam machines, maintaining Gussmer guns, and producing daily ISO 9000 reports on foam chemical usage.

You will monitor oven temperatures and adhere to safety standards while supporting Rheem's values with customers. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and be able to perform basic arithmetic including fractions and decimals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide fractions and decimals.
• Frequent standing, walking and lifting during shift.

The Foam Machine Operator will serve our Montgomery, AL Division, located in Montgomery, AL.

Responsibilities

• Must be able to operate HK-270 and HK-650 Foam machines.
• Must be familiar with operation and maintenance of Gussmer guns.
• Must be able to maintain daily reports for ISO 9000 detailing use and mixture of foam chemicals.
• Will be required to monitor oven temperatures when using HK-270 and Gussmer guns.
• Observe all departmental safety requirements.
• Practice and support Rheem values with internal as well as external customers.
• May be exposed to high noise levels, heat, dust and airborne particles.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide fractions and decimals.
• Continuous lifting of 0-1 lbs
• Frequent lifting of 1-5 lbs
• Occasional lifting of 5-25 lbs.
• Must be able to stand, walk and/or lift repetitively during shift.
• Must be able to frequently lift in unsupported positions as well as bend, twist/turn, reach, push/pull.
