Rheem Manufacturing Company in Montgomery, AL seeks a Foam Machine Operator to support our Montgomery division. You will operate foam equipment, follow process standards, and contribute to production efficiency.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, can perform basic math, and handle lifting and safety requirements. This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a noisy, warm manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide fractions and decimals.
• Continuous lifting of 0-1 lbs.
• Frequent lifting of 1-5 lbs.
• Occasional lifting of 5-25 lbs.
• Must be able to stand, walk and/or lift repetitively during shift.
• Must observe all safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate HK-270 and HK-650 Foam machines.
• Familiar with operation and maintenance of Gussmer guns.
• Maintain daily ISO 9000 reports detailing use and mixture of foam chemicals.
• Monitor oven temperatures when using HK-270 and Gussmer guns.
• Maintain good housekeeping in work area.
• Observe all departmental safety requirements.
• Practice and support Rheem values with internal as well as external customers.
• May be exposed to high noise levels, heat, dust and airborne particles.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
