Job summary

Mass General Brigham Home Care, Inc. is seeking an experienced Staff Nurse in Oncology to support the BWH Oncology Float Pool.

You will provide direct patient care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and advocate for patients across a range of cancer diagnoses. The role requires an RN license, 2–3 years of clinical nursing experience, and the ability to educate patients and families while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing required.

• Registered Nurse license required.
• 2–3 years of clinical nursing experience required; hospital/managed care experience preferred.

Job Summary

• Providing care for a broad range of patients with hematological and solid-tumor cancer diagnoses
• Providing patient and family education and support throughout their admission
• Administering treatments including: Chemotherapy, Immunotherapy, Stem Cell Transplants, and CAR-T
• Working collaboratively to provide excellent care to patients and families in the safest environment.
