Job summary

The Jacobson Group is looking for an MGA Program Executive to design and lead a new MGA. This role involves building the structure and operating infrastructure for a profitable MGA platform, partnering with leadership to define strategies, and developing products.

Ideal candidates will have deep expertise in commercial property and casualty, strong experience in MGA development, and an entrepreneurial mindset. Responsibilities include establishing partnerships, underwriting, and leading teams to adapt to a changing market landscape.

Qualifications

• Deep commercial property and casualty expertise, multifamily/property experience preferred.
• Proven MGA experience, ideally building or launching programs.
• Strong understanding of carrier relationships and underwriting economics.

Responsibilities

• Architect the overall MGA structure, including operating model and product strategy.
• Evaluate optimal structures and partnerships.
• Serve as the primary interface with underwriting partners.
