Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC is seeking a skilled Platform Administrator for the MFT ecosystem. You will ensure day-to-day operations, security, and reliability of IBM Sterling B2B Integrator, Sterling Control Center, Connect:Direct, AWS Transfer Family, and MRAP-based solutions that support secure file transfers across business boundaries.

Ideal candidates bring 5–7+ years of experience with enterprise MFT environments, strong PKI and TLS/SSL expertise, and a proven record of incident

Competenze

• Degree or equivalent work experience in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in enterprise file transfer environments.
• Hands-on engineering with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator and Sterling Control Center.
• Experience with Connect:Direct, SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, AS2, and B2B integrations.

Mansioni

• Provide L2/L3 support for enterprise MFT platforms and meet SLAs.
• Monitor production file transfers; diagnose failures and drive resolution.
• Administer IBM Sterling B2B Integrator, Sterling Control Center, Connect:Direct, and AWS Transfer Family.
• Configure secure transfer protocols (SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, AS2, MBI) for encryption in transit.
• Manage daily operations: monitoring, alerts, capacity, patching, health checks.
• Support disaster recovery, resiliency testing, TRR activities, and HA initiatives.
• Handle TLS/SSL, SSH, and PGP certificate lifecycles; maintain security standards.
• Coordinate firewall rules, DMZ deployments, proxies, and partner onboarding.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Cloud, Network, and Application teams; on-call rotations.
• Develop runbooks and knowledge articles; drive automation and self-service improvements.
