Job summary

Qualifications

• Terminal degree in marriage and family therapy or closely related discipline.
• Current, unrestricted marriage and family therapist license in at least one jurisdiction.
• Ability to teach and assess graduate students and provide constructive feedback.
• Commitment to ethical clinical practice and culturally responsive education.

Responsibilities

• Teach assigned graduate MFT courses using systemic and relational approaches.
• Develop syllabi, learning activities, assignments, and assessments aligned with program outcomes.
• Provide timely feedback, accurate grades, and accessible student consultation.
• Advise students on academic progress and clinical readiness; supervise practicum as needed.
• Participate in curriculum review, assessment, accreditation, and program improvement activities.
