Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in MFT from a regionally accredited institution.
• LMFT licensure eligibility or current LMFT licensure.
• Experience teaching graduate-level MFT courses.
• Evidence of research activity and scholarly publications.

Responsibilities

• Teach graduate-level MFT courses in face-to-face, hybrid, or online formats with effective instructional practices.
• Provide relational and systemic supervision in practicum, internship, or clinical courses; assess student progress.
• Develop and maintain an active research agenda; disseminate scholarship via publications and presentations.
• Contribute to program accreditation activities, curriculum development, and service within the university.
