Qualifications

• Doctoral degree or closely related field with MFT identity.
• AAMFT Supervisor designation or candidacy.
• Experience teaching graduate-level MFT courses.
• Research experience and publications.
• Current LMFT licensure or eligibility.
• Clinical experience applying relational and systemic approaches.

Responsibilities

• Teach graduate-level MFT courses in face-to-face, hybrid, or online formats.
• Develop syllabi, content, assignments, and evaluation aligned with outcomes and accreditation.
• Facilitate discussions integrating systemic theory, ethics, and culturally responsive practice.
• Evaluate student learning and provide timely feedback on assessments.
• Maintain grades and attendance records; use the LMS.
• Provide supervision and advising; collaborate with clinical sites.
• Develop and maintain an active MFT research agenda.
• Collaborate on curriculum development and program assessment.
