• Education in an approved Diagnostic Medical Sonography (DMS) program.
• 1–3 years Maternal Fetal Medicine sonography experience.
• ARDMS OB certification required upon hire; FE within 1 year.
• CPR/BLS certification required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations as ordered by supervising providers.
• Prepare patients and equipment; maintain rooms and equipment.
• Provide preliminary report/comments for interpretation by the physician.
• Review examinations to ensure QA standards before release.
• Maintain equipment and document incidental findings for physician review.
