Job summary

BB Imaging is seeking an experienced MFM Sonographer to join our implementation team and help launch new clinics nationwide. You will lead on-site training, shape workflows, and set clinical teams up for long-term success while continuing to deliver high-quality patient care.

As an Implementation MFM Sonographer, you’ll guide clinical teams, manage pre-launch planning, and train new sonographers at client sites across the country.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of MFM sonography experience.
• RDMS OB/GYN with preferred FE credentials.
• Ability to train and lead clinical teams across sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite implementation support (1–13 week assignments).
• Train and onboard new sonographers at client sites.
• Partner in pre-launch planning to assess workflows and clinical needs.
• Track progress and documentation throughout each implementation.
• Deliver high-quality patient care while launching new clinics.
