Job summary

BB Imaging is seeking an experienced MFM Sonographer to perform diagnostic ultrasound across multiple clinic sites in the Spokane area. You will collaborate with physician partners, provide compassionate patient care, and contribute to high-quality imaging in a sonographer-led environment.

This role requires RDMS with OB/GYN specialty, FE credential, and 1+ years of high-risk OB or MFM experience. Travel to assigned clinics is expected, with ongoing training and mentorship opportunities to

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAAHEP-accredited program in Diagnostic Medical Sonography.
• RDMS with OB/GYN specialty.
• Registered in Fetal Echocardiogram (FE).
• 1+ years high-risk OB and/or MFM sonography experience.
• Knowledge of OB/GYN anatomy and ultrasound physics.
• HIPAA compliance with EMR systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Perform sonographic procedures.
• Travel to clinic sites within your assigned area.
• Inspect and review patient charts, reports, labs, and medical history.
• Create reports to assist the physician with documentation.
• Evaluate sonograms to identify or rule-out anomalies.
• Communicate sonographic findings to physician.
• Assist with training and mentoring new team members.
• Provide visual sonographic guidance to complete amniocentesis.
• Communicate machine errors or needs to maintain quality machines and imagery.
• Restock sonography rooms with required supplies for sonography performance.
• Increase your knowledge of diseases and new procedures through CMEs.
• Other duties assigned by managers.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Perform sonographic procedures
• Travel to clinic sites within your assigned area

IS THIS YOU?

• Graduate of a CAAHEP-accredited educational program in Diagnostic Medical Sonography
• Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) with an OB/GYN specialty
• Registered in Fetal Echocardiogram (FE)
• 1+ years high-risk OB and or MFM sonography experience
• Knowledgeable of human anatomy and medical terminology related to OB/GYN specialty
• Knowledge of applied physics related to ultrasound
• Compliant with HIPAA as it relates to the use of EMR systems
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Calm under pressure and compassionate with patients
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship, now or in the future

DO YOU SCORE ANY BONUS POINTS?

• Credentialed in Nuchal Translucency, Nasal Bone, and Cervical Length
• Bachelor's degree in Sonography or other related fields of study
