Job summary

Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare (TMH) seeks a Sonographer II (Registered) to join the Maternal-Fetal Medicine team in a highly specialized outpatient setting. The role focuses on advanced imaging for a complex, high-risk obstetrical population while offering an exceptional work‑life balance.

Under board-certified MFM physicians, you will perform advanced OB/MFM ultrasound exams, contribute to timely diagnoses, and collaborate with a regional referral practice.

Qualifications

• Requires RDMS (OB/GYN) certification.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• BLS/CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced obstetrical and MFM ultrasound exams.
• Assist with invasive procedures (amniocentesis, CVS) as applicable.
• Apply AIUM guidelines while exercising independent clinical judgment.
• Accurately document exams and generate preliminary reports.
• Communicate findings clearly with MFM physicians.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a high-risk setting.
• Collaborate with physicians, sonographers, and clinic staff.
